"BETWEEN YOUR MEMORIES" is a 7-minute experimental short film shot in Montpellier, France, during March 2022. Significantly, it marks Eliott's debut as a writer and director. As the inaugural assignment of his cinema course, the task was to make a purely visual narrative, with dialogue strictly prohibited.
The story centers on Jessica and Amaury, a young couple who once shared their lives. However, their separation has created a substantial chasm between the past and their present reality.
Struggling to come to terms with this divide, Jessica endeavors to accept it and move forward.
This project marked Eliott's initial foray into a more "professional" filmmaking venture. It was meticulously planned, organized, and executed, featuring elements such as casting, work schedules, and technical breakdowns.
